I log in and receive a gift from Nefe of some Black Ore jewelry! So nice 🙂 Nukes should be much less of a problem now, which is good because I really do like the area around Devastated Castle.

However in the meantime I skip around the Giants Cave area and tear through about 5,000 beast shots getting 45%.

I notice the old GC mobs are now milling around in the open.  This doesn’t go well for me and I end up running and some how not dying.

I also notice that perching produces no ill effects; the mobs do not auto evade, but perhaps that is because Kai is still within range.

My Binding Cubic is now level 5 but remains just as useless as ever, landing pretty much never, ever.  I take a break!

A little later I pick up exping again, checking around for quests my level but not finding anything for where I am at.  As I near 57 I get a BW Boots 100% recipe.  I like 100%, it’s a fine percentage. I also get an inordinate amount of Greater Antidotes but so far nothing has poisoned me. I ding 57!  All the quests I would like to do, I am still not high enough for yet even though I can exp there reasonably well and there is little else to do but grind.  eXo reminds me of the TW, and I will write it down this time.  I take a break for the day 🙂

Day 28:

I head back to the Cemetery but the orcs are fairly viscous and nothing near the back area drops herbs, so within 10% I am totally out of mp and Kai is nearly dead.  I’ve received 58 Supply Items from the Aden quest but 0 Receipt of Supply. I’ve only acquired 2 of the Suspicious Document pieces. I return to town to heal up and go back to Guard Coleman, who gives me 11,800 for my 58 items.  About 200 per quest item sucks fairly fierce so I tell Coleman to find some other sucker.

During all this I am informed that the other day someone was looking for my loc, something about not agreeing with my noob experience.  Well, I’d certainly like to hear about it in the discussion forum if that is the case.

I move elsewhere in the Cemetery and soon get a level 52 LS. I run out of C crystals so I summon Kat the Cat, only exping is considerable slowly in addition to him moving quite a bit slower.  I hit 56, learn Summon Friend, the Queen Cat, Betray and all my other useful skills.  I then clean out my inventory, restock and I’m sitting at roughly 1.5 mill adena.  I take a break.

I buff up and head out to the Frozen Lab, but the exp just doesn’t seem that good and drops are a little poor.  I do notice I throw a double shadow here though, as do the mobs.

I head to Aden and Fields of Massacre, only the mob nukes are quite painful with my half D half C grade jewelry and I end up dying.

Back in town at the buffer I run into this clan member, with the sweet Imperial Crusader armor.  I think this is my favorite S grade set. The shield is easily the best looking in the game.

I head back to my same spot but the mobs are giving me too much trouble so I back up down the road a bit, then a bit more, until I settle into the Cemetery.

Here I work up to around 50%, head back to town to restock, then pick up a quest for this area from a guard at the south gate of Aden and go back.

I make around another 10%.  My kama friends are not around, and I’m getting bored of grinding.  I talk to Furrious a bit then log out.

Logged in and headed to Outlaw Forest again.  During this time I see something kind of shiny and white in the distance, though when I hover over it, it is not money or items.

Not thinking much of it, since maybe it’s a rock, I continue exping and gathering more warehouse keeper medals.  About 40% later, the rock that is not a rock gets the best of my curiosity and I approach to find a dead dwarf.

Well, hello there!  They stay quite dead for a while. That’s ok, I get to 55% and 30 medals, then head back to town.  I turn in my seal stones…

then play bingo with that jerk WH keeper and lose 3x in a row.  I put my mats in my WH and log out for maintenance.

Later I head back out to my usual area, still with about an hour of the vit buff left and start exping.  I pick up another 52 Lifestone and a +3 MEN -3 INT dye.  Shortly into this session a dwarf starting attacking me for no particular reason while Kai is busy with a mob.

I was not prepared in any way for pvp but fight back anyway, and die.  Of course, broadcasting ones daily activities on a website, one can come to expect this sort of thing.  I lose my vit buff, rebuff and go back to the area but this person is gone and I do not see them again. From the damage log they were likely much more prepared than me to win anyway.  I hit 55!

It seems there is some kind of Witch Doctor convention going on today!  I head back to town, restock, I win a Mold Hardener from Cliff and lose once.  Before I log I see someone in Giran enchants a Dynasty Dual Sword to +7 and giggle when the person (Honu) comments that ‘lord hates a coward’ and other people quote back ‘devil loves a fool’. I take a break for the day.

This morning I log in to presents from Danhadouha! It is of course, my favorite armor set both for the design and the stats, and because I wore it for like 25 levels back in the day on Kain. Anyway!  This is REALLY AWESOME as I understand some BW parts are really hard to get, which is a shame!

I sent the C grade armor and my thanks, back to him and go back to Outlaw Forest.  I get a level 52 life stone drop. Today my hills are busy with 2 other players so I move slightly and start picking up quest items for Warehouse Keeper’s Pastime, which I forgot I picked up in Oren a while back. I also get a mid grade 55 LS. at 70% I decide to take a break and head back to Oren and talk to the WH keeper. I only received 15 metals in my time out so I pick my numbers and win nothing! Yay! I log out for now.

Back in later I hit 54 then make another 10% trying to get 20 medals for that quest. I had picked up the Vit buff too. Kai is almost up so I go back to town, learn skills, I get nothing the first turn in, and an Enchant weapon C the next! Not bad! I don’t dare try to OE my weapon though anyway it’s already +4 and it’s not mine to begin with. I break for the day.
