I decide I really must start doing dungeons again on this character, both for the JP and for the gold, since repairs on cloth are up to plate repairs in cost.  It was 90g to repair my pvp robes last time even though not a single piece was in the red.  Ouch.  Repairs never topped 50g before.

I run Gundrak, which I’d have to say is another of my favorites, behind AH and up there with UK and UP. Oops I blinked!

We easily get one person the Less Rabi achievement, which is a little messed up because you use to need a pretty pro group to do it, although we’re across the board at 5,500 dps but for the druid tank at 2k which is still quite good. I already did my horseman run for today and it’s time to take a break.

This morning the Halloween event started so I queued up for it and 7 minutes later we had a group. The only problem is the “cog of death” is still in full swing so most people that mouse over the pumpkin to summon the Horseman gets frozen up.  I didn’t this time however and we killed him with no problems. I got my Loot Filled Pumpkin and the temporary flying broom.

Then I eat too much candy.

The Honor Crunch

Now I understand why the Wrathful set doesn’t require arena rating, and why Blizzard won’t pull the items back.  They take A LOT of honor and it’s harder to get now.  For example I ran an EoTS and had 70 HK’s and only earned about 50 honor. So yeah.

I’m generally top damage in battlegrounds now though, in fact in this picture I was the only person at a base and I got to enjoy watching a Horde warlock stare at me for a while, run back and forth, then I waved, and he decided to go elsewhere XD

During all this a certain guild member asked if I have Alchemy.  Yes on my priest.  He asked if I can transmute a gem, yes.  He said he may have the mats.  I reminded him that one cannot transmute anything with no materials, meaning it’s bad enough he wants me to use up my transmute cool down of 24 hours for him, but also use up my own mats. I finish up my BG and note that he has said “I have the gem silver” a few times, which I take to mean he has the items I need to transmute.

I switch to the priest only to have him say that he already found someone to transmute his gem, or he bought it, something like that.  Once again I am reminded why I need to ignore any favor requests from this person, because he does that ALL THE TIME. He also asked Maice to cut it for him, then went AFK or something with Maice asked if he was ready, and didn’t come back for a good 10 minutes.  Bleh.

Worked on enchanting and gemming my new pvp set this morning, then queued for WG and got the message about it being full again.  I flew there and participated out of raid, and fortunately didn’t die the entire time so I wasn’t kicked back to town.  During this a GM contacted me about my ticket from Wednesday and said they would refund the honor for the gems I was unable to return to the vendor on Ocyla.

Joined a VOA 25 group and while waiting for the groups to fill, killed 2 horde that kept coming back to bother people at the vendors.  Shaman are more annoying than ever now, and seem to have a polymorph? WTH? That’s crap!  So you have a tank like nuker who can heal and crowd control.  Yeah.

Did all the bosses in VOA, which is nice since people want the Justice Points (JP) we finally see the stone and lightning bosses again.

Too bad the loot tables aren’t updated.  A number of people die during the storm guy because they don’t know, or remember the fight.  This is one thing I enjoy about WoW’s raids; some no matter what the level can’t just be tank and spank out damaged, you either properly respond to threat in the fight or you lose.  I take a break after emailing a pile of gems to Stoutspectre to cut for my pvp set <3

I read on the forums that the Wrathful pvp gear, which is currently the top set, is available for purchase with honor and the 2000 arena score is ignored.  I run to the Veteran Arena guy in Dalaran sewers and sure enough it is! I buy the weapon, wand, offhand, robe, pants, and gloves without hesitation.  I spend something like 9,000 honor for it.  Some people say it’s bugged and Blizzard may remove the gear so I an hesitant on enchanting and gemming it.

I run WSG and Eye of the Storm (EotS) and we lose badly both times.

Only Arashikage is on so we go run Zul’Gurub and I get my Deadliest Catch achievement.

The tiger boss is down, which is boo!  He has the cat I want already.
