The nasty priest I picked up some nasty tips from showed up in Halaa in the afternoon.  But before I get to that, the mage that I easily kill solo showed up a few times.  He also showed up with a hunter, and I killed him with both of them attacking, then turned and killed the hunter.  That must have been embarrassing.  The mage then came on his alliance paladin to tell me I was good:

He also insisted we duel where I handed him his ass without ever having to directly heal myself.  Note: don’t start EVERY duel popping barrier, and mirrors.  I’ll just SG and fear them all and dispel you like crazy.

Then later a hunter, who turns out to be Deadfrog, showed up with a boomkin and WRECKED the Halaa guards in record time.  They also killed me when I couldn’t keep up with all the silences.  Then an alliance warlock helped me out and we destroyed them.  But since it was the same guild, DogsofWar, I knew once they lost a fair fight they would come back with more and they did.  Warlock, boomy and the priest.  We fought so long I went oom and had to drop combat to drink.  But after getting dead a few times I swapped to horde and we talked, and I made a btag friend.

Iron Quon and Twin Consorts

Got asked to raid starting at Iron Qon last night and had a feeling it would go well so said oh well why not. We 2 shot him then one shot the Twin Consorts, if I remember right.

This is following on the heels of a post of Dorlondo asking if we can focus progression and etc etc.  Even though he’s been the source of some of our failures more than several handfuls of times.

Killing Stuff and Taking Names

We raided on Tuesday night and Angey went a little bit AFK because she expected Shell to be 40 mins late like he’s been lately.  He wasn’t late but I found it a little amusing a few people were like “should we kick her?” after only waiting 5 mins, when we previously waited like 50 for other people before. We pugged 3 people again and cleared up to Durumu.  I use a token on Horridon and got nothing that night.

Wednesday we were missing Silly and Angey and thankfully called it early.  So all that being said, I’ve been being World Defense Cop Ocyla lately and here’s a bunch of screenshots about that /flex

and this last one was fun because the monk landed on top of the tower on the shacks in Moonbrook, I landed and feared him, and this is where he ended up.  He literally vanished from my view soon as I feared.

I started a warlock on Sargeras because I’m thinking about transferring there, after having so much fun doing world pvp lately. I’ve been having some stupid conversations so far though. 3 horde were in Goldshire Inn and this druid kept yelling to not attack then. I said why not? She said they weren’t really horde it was some alliance main.

Anyway I said he must be dumb if he comes, on a pvp server, to a low level alliance town and expects to not get attacked. We went back and forth a bit and I got “QQ moar” which I laughed and said nice job running out of things to say. In no way was I “qqing”. Then another person said that horde was in pvp gear and no one else was. So? It’s world pvp, and everyone has base resil now, that’s no excuse. Then the druid said she would go on her 90 horde and camp me. I said by all means go ahead and try. I hate cry babies in pvp.

Heal Assigments for real?

Raided last night and had to use Nilv for a tank since Shell wasn’t there (after he told me he would be), needed Angey to heal, and Annibelle to play his mage. We’re still down a dps and a heal spot. We tried to 2 heal it like I did last week with that paladin Kokoro but Dor would either instantly die to something or people would start dropping like flies, then Silly would ask if we need heal assignments. On 10m NORMAL? Geezes no we don’t need heal assignments. We need to get rid of Dor! This was proven back in MV when we tried heroic dogs and whatever tank he was healing DIED.

But I mean, we have people dying over and over to the same stuff all the time anyway. At least one person always dies to Horridon, someone dies on Council, etc. It’s frustrating.
