I really enjoy WPVP

Learning new terrain is always fun.  For instance, the chimney in Goldshire provides LoS to people on the ground in the center of it, on the edge you can attack.  Horde was attacking the area with 2 healing priests, shadow priest, hunter, warrior, and a monk, and I just rained down HECK and ducked back into LoS when they turned on me.  I died many times though, as I really had no group nor heals for most of it.

Fighting in buildings or towers is hell on LoS though.

 

I also learned that you phase from inside the gates of Stormwind, and the outside.  So you can see horde outside the gates, for instance, but take 2 steps back and it’s like they aren’t even there.

Critscreamin

I ran into a warrior named Critscreamin in an EotS (we lost, of course) but I thought it was amusing.  I think I lost 4 straight before I won 3 in a row after that.

And man.  Prior to that, on my horde hunter, I won a WSG where we literally capped with like 1 second to spare.  Could not believe it.

I killed the EFC, but they were too far away for me to actually return, but thank THE LIGHT someone did.

There’s been a ton of discussion on the forums lately about boosted, or otherwise ‘lazy’ players coming into BGs in particular with green gear, unenchanted, ungemmed, etc.  I randomly came across this screenshot I took back when Scuba and Frostrated were talking about how they do “just fine dps” not bothering with any of that.
