I really need to get going on my fishing, since we appear to have a lack of mage and priest foods in the GB. I get the 90 spirit recipe for myself and the 90 crit one. I put about 33 of the Baked Rockfish in the bank, the 60 spirit food I made from the blood shrimp in the bank, etc. I see we have a lack of spirit food, agility so I’ll fish accordingly.
I’m Spoiled Part 2
Ran LFR with Alexmx again, and while I did not win anything myself, he won the legs token which he gave to me, which combined with the gloves token he also gave me, I finally have 2 piece LFR bonus. I had no set bonus on this char for a while since I never got 4pc from Firelands.
He proves to be quite lucky on rolling, winning the axe from Madness, the tier token, and later when we ran Well of Eternity, the helm he was waiting for. I think this grouping will be a regular event until I don’t need lfr any more, lol.
I’m staying up too late.
I did my regular farming today, won a TB battle, fought in 2 more, and herbed up a storm. I ran into a worgen named Captnworgen (with a funny C) in TB which I thought was clever.
At night we ran Blackwing again, and got the first 3 bosses down before 10:30, so woot!
Then we try Atramedes.
Sooo yeah. High movement fight, seriously tired and not doing so well.
We call it at midnight, I’m sure we can do it, it’s just late.
Druids are funny
I spent most of today herbing and put around 15 flasks in the GB. Also did a few TB battles and in the second one, we took it back. I ran into Rexe a few times here, so my pvp mage friend is back in the action.
As I’m out herbing in Twilight Highlands, I drop down to get a Cinderbloom and a druid named Elini calls me an “herb stealer”. I pm them and say that’s funny coming from a druid and they say ‘not this druid’ knowing full well, I’m sure, their rep for being node stealing whores. But, let’s be honest. It wasn’t a Twilight Jasmine, it was a Cinderbloom. They spawn in Twilight Highlands, Uldum, Hyjal, Tol Barad, Deepholm… basically EVERYWHERE. I don’t even bother picking them up sometimes they are so common.
Later, since we didn’t have enough people on for the raid, we run Throne of Tides but the helm upgrade I wanted didn’t drop. I died twice but the run went fast and overall very well, and IMO there are parts in this dungeon where dying is a little inevitable.
After that I run with Jan and Pauldie helping with TB dailies, which I had done earlier, then we run a few bgs before I have to log,
Kissing rogues is probably a bad idea
Ran TB and won it, and I didn’t die the entire battle, and killed many horde. The next two battles I didn’t get in at all though.
I went back to herbing in Twilight Highlands, after deciding to stick to only making a few flasks and selling the other herbs for income. I need my transmute living elements for cloth for my mage, and farming enough herbs to make all flasks nets me no money at all for raid repairs and such. I am going to focus on making the spirit and int flasks and sell the others.
Speaking of flask making, I made 5 Flowing Water and 5 draconic mind and not a single one proc’d. UGH. The Steelskin ones proc a few times though.
I catch a TB battle with Nilvana later in the afternoon, and on my way to defend a tower I run into a rogue named [url=http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/whisperwind/lad%C3%AEesman/advanced]Ladîesman[/url], yes with the character like that. I’ve seen him many times in WG too. For some reason the alliance that were there all ran off and I was left to deal with the blood elf rogue myself, and I killed him and blew a kiss at the bones. At 20% health I go to run off but he’s back already, saps me and kills me. Bleh.
Later I run into him again at Slagworks
and he shakes off dying at least twice by doing whatever rogue trickery they do to throw off my dots and vanish. But, apparently I’ve made a fan.
We successfully defend, and it was quite a fun battle.
Later we run Baradin’s Hold and get it in the first try, unlike that other night where things went so bad. A very nice pvp trinket drops, and Leonz says he’ll give it to me if he wins, which he does, and he gives it to me. So of course this means free strength flasks, which fortunately come from herbs that I have an easier time finding than others. I also make him an Embersilk bag on my mage and mail it off.
Since the raid tonight did not go down, we form up with Maice, me, Seanjohn, Darth, Stout and run a heroic, and get Deadmines. That goes fine, though nothing dropped I could use. I really need to do these daily as I am still only at around 770 valor points.
