So at 85 my Penance, on my horde, is 3,100 mana and heals for roughly 11k a tick. Flash heal is 5,900 and heals for 28k, greater is 5,900 mp and heals for 38k. PW shield absorbs 50k damage in my last tier 397’s. Aegis absorbs 58k. Spirit shell absorbs about 83k.
At 86 Penance is about 4,500 mana but heals for the same, flash heal is 7k mana and heals for 29k, greater is 7k and heals for 39k. Spirit shell absorbs 98k. DA is 68k. So this is about where the mana pain comes in. Sigh.
So, this is rather amusing. The other night Iocane invited some guy from another server named Maxbane, and his alt Knifefight. Literally 22 hours ago. Today I was doing the final Klaxxi quests and getting super pissed when the Manifestion of Terror wasn’t showing up, I meant I spent like 5 solid hours getting to this point.
This is how it went.
Me: any time now spawn, any time
Madalyn: you’re just a mrs grumpy pants today
me: yes, I am super pissed its taken hours and hours for this “epic” quest.
Maxbane: lets watch the language please
me (already massively irritated): Why are you 3?
Maxbane: I was joking
Silly: WELL FUCK
Me: heh
Maxbane has left the guild, Knifefight has left the guild.
Ok then! 22 hours ya’ll, 22.
Then I got a pm that said “wiseass” and I said “that’s me!” after a bit of no response I asked “didn’t like the guild or something?” but never got a reply. Crybaby.

Both are almost exactly how it happened! Alyis DID jump off me, melee’d the Sha for a tick, then ran away and survived!! lol
On our Tues/Wed run, Khaoticmage did not show up and hasn’t been around since last week raid, so he’s off the group. Which is lovely when I kicked up such a bit about Spice being an ass about him and him saying things like “I want to make you look good”. Ugh.
In the last few weeks we’ve swapped out Iocane, Stoutspectre, and Khaotic for that slippery last dps spot.
We did ok this last run but tried the first boss in HoF over and over, and the Attenuate the boss does threw me for a loop repeatedly so badly I cursed in vent several times. Being holy and having glowies under my feet when he’s throwing out tons of glowing circles was annoying, and if I threw down Sanctuary, forget it. There were times I was POSITIVE I wasn’t touching a single ball thing and I die and another time I know I hit a few and didn’t take any damage. I was pissed.
Since then I’ve gone back to disc. I just feel awkward as holy even though I can play it and I much prefer disc. PVE is pretty good now but PVP is still bad. We go oom healing like I always have in like 30 seconds. Not sure what they are gonna do about that.
Yes, I killed a level 90 paladin as an 85 priest. Holla!
