Ran into a curious healing shaman in TB today on my hunter, named Kaokao. They said something to the effect of “try not to be stupid” and I said “I try my best not to be”. He said he assumes that most of the WoW population are “retarded”. Annibelle stuck up for me and said “don’t talk to her like she’s an idiot”. He went on to say most people are idiots etc etc. I explained I’ve been doing TB since it came out and I know how it works. We went back and forth a bit but it just came down to he think everyone is stupid, to which I said “you must make lots of friends” and he said “who needs wow friends?”. “Not you apparently” I said.

He was in Westfall Buddies which I think is a pvp guild.

The Wicked Avengers, I’m pretty sure is dead. No one is logging in any more and I haven’t seen Oromis in weeks except in Diablo.

I ran a TB with Sealgear and Ladiesman and ran into a paladin named Trance and a DK named Excidium, I think it was, who TROUNCED ME GOOD. I was pretty shocked! Had pretty much everything locked and interupted and saw massive chunks of health being torn off. Crazy.

Cloud Serpents

Let’s see.  Last night Shell wasn’t around as of 9:40 so we had Nilv tank and pugged a healer.  I’m not so happy sitting around only to pug,  I mean that’s obvious but sometimes this stuff works out this way to raid. The thing is, I don’t really want to raid any more.  I like to log in and do whatever I want and log back out again.  Schedules of any kind I don’t want now.

Anyway we cleared up to Ji Kun, I got a non spirit helm so I suppose I should try to work on that meta.  Horridon did not drop the trinket and using a token just got me gold.

I finished exalted with Cloud Serpents already which only took 2 days and dropped 7k for the AC thundering serpent.  They are pretty but I prefer being on a gryphon just because they are small. And LOL at this thing.

Trial Runs <> Carries

We did well in our raid this week and Nilv was substituting for Dor. I got tier legs and wasted 6 tokens and got all gold and a back I did not need.

So I told Iocane this a few days ago but I said I hoped the druid didn’t all “so long and thanks for all the fish” and sometime this morning he gquit. He said he didnt like being benched. First of all, you need to be on a team to be benched. Benched implies you had a spot. It was a trial run. He said he didn’t know the fights, and I said it wasn’t that it was he didn’t know how to play. I said it nicely though. I swear! He said this on his app too, but he again said he felt he should get another chance. I told him it’s not that kind of raid spot, you bring your A game and maybe get a spot, not play like a derp. We’re not a teaching raid.

Whatever. Ugh. He said he didn’t hold us back on progression, yeah it’s called a carry and you’re welcome.

The Bad Druid

Last night we didn’t get Dark Animus and there was much griping by Angey about the druids healing in raid chat. I checked their raid progress and they had nothing in DS, full MV, 1 in HoF, no TES, and previously only 2 in ToT. But of course, a new person, got the staff off Ji Kun and offspec pants. I used a token and got nothing again. I don’t think they know how to do druid healing by the 70% rejuv use.
