Alliance pwns sometimes?

I must have joined some premades tonight or something, because alliance OMFGPWNED horde in all the bgs I did today.  Healers kept me up entire battles, I was mowing them down like grass, amazing. 4 SotA wins in a row. And like I said, not just wins, but OMG pwned wins.  I even fraps’d one I was on such fire.

The fun run raid was cancelled, due to no healers being available.  I feel a little burned when I heal raids or ZA/ZG on my priest for people, but when I need my mag run through, there are none wanting to heal.

I got picked up by these guys though and we cleared all but Nef in BWD and got up to Ascendant Council in BoT, then it was called because it was after midnight.  Normally they go until 1 but 12:30 was all I could do.

Last night ran BWD, and two healed Chimaeron just fine

Three healers on some fights is just overkill.  I will heal not like crazy when it’s not needed, just to make my numbers look good.  Why would I have 7k hps? Because we didn’t need more that’s why.

We tried Nef and got to third phase once, but most of the time we died around here

Also did a BH the next day, and ended up with 74 dispels vs the other healers 30, 21, 16, and 2.  Go me!  Glyph’d mass dispel ftw.  We did wipe once and people were ragging on healers dispelling, so I linked dispels where I had double anyone else and they said “the other healers”.  That’s right!

Got invited to an HoO group with Rexe training a new tank.  Put out between 9-12k hps, and had to pop every last mana CD I had to get through it.  But I got my vp, sold one pair of valor boots for 5k, spend 6k on Bracers of Dark Pool for my mage, then bought the mail healing boots for my shaman, who hit 60 today.  Tired, going to bed.

When I logged in tonight Jan wanted to put together a BWD group, and I said I’d go with Alex went, and he said he’d go if I went. So off we went! We cleared it up to Nef fast with no real issues, other than me noting that Myni joined guild 6 days ago and already quit and joined another. He also did not heal through most of the trash. But anyway I think the only time we wiped was on Atramedes when everyone was all over the place rather than in one spot for ranged. Nothing I wanted dropped. I’m pretty sure Maloriak never drops that Jar of Ancient Remedies any more.

Fail raids

Last night we tried Nefarion but with too many issues to note. Basically we spent probably an hour trying to get the group together total, swapped out at least 3 players, died 1-2 minutes into the fight and only hit 2nd phase a few times at which point we instantly wiped. Out of at least 10 attempts we made zero progress, and I declined this weeks raids because I’m tired of doing the same thing over and over, with random people most of the time, and failing so much.

Losing gear to a pug

We ran BOT last night and with some former members like that Enig hunter and Truii tank, got down Cho’gall. SJ lost his shoulders to Enig and it’s always lame losing gear to a pug, but, we haven’t had a full guild run in ages.

On a side note on my shaman I finally saw Deathwing, and he didn’t kill me directly, but I ran into his fire, did not die, but got the achievement. I finished all the quests in Arathi and the giant stone guy that used to path all over the highlands, appears to now be stationary. The lesser bloodstone ore that required mining, to finish one of the quests is gone too. I remember being lucky I took mining on my mage, so I could do that quest, but now the nodes are gone and you don’t need it at all .
