Making things better

I’ve noticed a few things that have been made better, quality of life type changes.  The quest where you have to boost the fighters around the Drowned Gardens, now lets you boost fighters that were already boosted by someone else.  Before if they had the buff from someone else, yours didn’t ‘count’.  That could get annoying, standing around an npc checking for the buff and when it was going to expire, 2 minutes at a time.

I finally got my first legendary, some 250+ world quests in.

 

They also included a 15 minute buff called Body and Soul (like the priest buff but longer) for the priest hall.  Now you can run around fast for much longer, yay!

 

Oh and I’ve been raiding with SPM (Stormpike Militia) and we’ve been doing quite well!  I enjoy raiding.  Apparently the team team in Time Lords all left to create a raiding guild.  I don’t understand why they had to leave to do that, but whatever.

We got the last boss to 7%, but it got late and we kept wiping. I’m sure we can start heroics soon enough though.

The druid quests have been rather epic, I love that big blue bear.  It’s uh, Ursoc, or something important!

 

Then this was Ashamane, after all the feral weapon is called that.

 

This game really is pretty, by the way.

Uncouth Things

I’ve been trying to get my ilevel up on Ocyla, but world quests aren’t really helping me out.  But still, they can be fun.

I ran into one of the TWO mages I ever added to my friends list over the years, Cassio.   He’s been around again.

Still had that rogue-like personality of course, very un-mage-like if you ask ME.

 

Speaking of quests, DEAR GOD KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!!

 

 

 

Dungeons have been horrible

I don’t know why I even pug dungeons, really.  I don’t think a single one has gone by without someone being insulting.   Halls of Valor, the paladin tank was repeatedly pulling, dropping aggro, then running ahead and doing nothing.  I lost the warlock during one pull.  I rezzed him and I use the macro “Take your medicine!” which is from Ana in Overwatch when she heals.  This is what I got:

That’s all I said that entire dungeon.  Then at the end, when no one else died, I got this:

They left without explaining but I couldn’t let it go.

Then tonight I ran Blackheart Thicket, with a so-so warrior tank who took a significant amount of damage, who afk’d several times to the point the dps asked about it.  Then he would randomly leap off and pull a whole mess while not stopping at all and had the nerve to start this whole crap:

The dumb ass rogue chiming in, who died on the second to the last fight by standing in the floor junk too long.   Then I get shit about how I didn’t need to cast while the tank was running and taking copious amounts of damage.  Eat shit random dungeon people, seriously.

Horde on Whisperwind

My main server, Whisperwind, has always been more Alliance favored than Horde, but back in Cata we were close to even.  In MoP and WoD it seemed to go down pretty low but thanks to the ORCS there seems to be a lot more.  I went to the Emerald Nightmare port while flagged, and had a shaman and mage blow me to pieces.  They get brave when they have 20+ other horde around them.

 

But that’s ok, I am going to start back on a theme of humiliating hunters, again.

Changes to Tol Barad

The Tol Barad battles are now every 1 hour, instead of 2.  You don’t get any honor after, either, just the commendations.  Scratch that, you DO get honor but I had to turn on honor gains in chat to even see it now.   I guess it’s an unfortunate side effect of the honor talent grind.  It’s also CRZ’d now so you see people from other servers BUT when you run into TB, it does NOT ask you to join.  It does NOT throw you into a raid team.  I hope they fix that.
