Can I have that?

Ran TB and we defended the first one without them getting any towers down. I did not die once, at slags the entire time.

Some side notes, I dual spec’d my shaman, which was only TEN GOLD now as elemental. I think they need to rename that to “that skill is not ready yet” spec. It’s ok on a single mob, but when you have to switch to another and flame shock and lava burst, and maybe even earth shock are BOTH on CD, it’s uh, kind of silly. I mean yeah I can lightning bolt! lightning bolt! but I will definitely need to set up power auras to show me when all my long CD skills are available.

Why do people ask, generally in guild chat, if someone has (insert semi valuable item here) by chance? Could be a cut gem, flasks, or anything else in the 100-200g variety. To me that means you want it for free, or at some kind of guild discount. I don’t like either. Stuff like that can be sold for money, to people with money, paying full price, on the AH. Why would I not do that? I’m curious. I give away valuable things to friends time to time but as I had talked about before it’s generally because they do things like tank dungeons for me, help me in arena, make me glyphs, whatever. There’s just a lot more things one could do even with a gem they don’t need other than giving it away. /shrug But I’m never broke for a reason.

Also, Leonz is quitting WoW to go to Rift, and Rinni is off to Afghanistan, sadface, there goes my 3’s team.

Hyjal Quests

Today Firelands hit, and yay, fun!  So first from yesterday I got a 359 ring from a Croc in TB

Secondly I am glad I did all the Hyjal quests so I could see the new firelands stuff.  I’m still not sure I’m into being friends with Horde like Thrall. I mean ok yeah he’s cool, but if I’m gonna be giggly with anyone it’s gonna be Blood Elves mmmkay?

So some bad assed twilight people show up, and kick Thralls ass or something.  Almost feels like playing one of those guys would be fun.  But if Deathwing destroys the world, then what? Just hanging out on an empty white screen?

After that I was transported by this guy

and was dropped at this place where you have to save Thrall, or something.

But I saw something more interesting which was horde, including Zukk and Ukko all flagged.  I tried to throw Ukko off a ledge and ended up helping kill him, , but got killed when he blew me off the edge way into Fatigues-ville.  Came back later and MC’d at least one person off the side and got so preoccupied messing with horde that I haven’t finished that spot yet.  Ladiesman reminded me that TB was on and they were missing me, so I went to that and helped win it.  A new BH raid is out but I didn’t have time to try it.

On the way past the bridge I ran into a horde hunter who I feared, then grabbed with a MC still on his bike, and threw him off the cliff near the bridge.  /flex!  Gosh I never have fraps running for epic junk like that.  I heard there was pvp back at the Hyjal spot so I went back and MC’d an annoying arcane mage off a tree, where they were AB spamming people. Stupid mages.  I died to him and a shaman though since no one else was helping.

Ended up in vent with the team 3 from my old guild took on to discuss some stuff, and they asked me if my mage would like to raid sometimes, I said sure.  I guess the old guild wants to start doing 25m? It’s like uh really? We couldn’t even put together 2 10m teams.  Well, ok.

Cataclysmicly Superior

Finally got my fire mage robes, now that my VP turned into JP and I can buy them. 2pc ftw! I also picked up a 359 ring, Signet of High Arcanist Savor, from a croc in TB the other day on my priest which I equipped, getting me the Cataclysmicly Superior achievement.

Joining as a casual

Got a guild offer from Flutternutter the other night, when after a TB battle, I saved someone in that guild from the horde guards, while surviving myself, a rogue by the name of Greenghost if I remember right. Level 6, pvp guild apparently.

I also joined Victory or Whatever on my shaman, and Peejay said I could join on all my chars as a casual if I wish.

My Bones

As I understand it, Turnizzle, who was also an officer, quit the guild as well as another person, probably the guy who server transferred.   I know Turn was ticked about not doing heroics that last time because we were missing one person.

Anyway ran a few TB’s today only because Ladiesman was there.  One time we lost, the next time we won, when he came as alliance.  I was allowed to free cast my ass off behind a column in ICG with only token attempts to kill me, and I was defended very well by alliance the entire time too. That was a good win.

Afterwards I got in 2 kills by doing my usual guard trick.   We must have really confused that bbqtwilight warlock since we were both standing around flagged, outside of the guards, not killing each other.  My alliance card, it’s gone, you can hear it being ripped in the wind already.  He did kill me at least once, though.  Today I learned, by him being sassy and saying my skeleton was cute, that draenei skeletons do indeed have a tail bone, and horns.  That’s attention to detail for ya XD
