The other day got in a AB that alliance was winning, won it shortly after. Then got a in a WSG they were already winning, won it a few seconds after I got in. Then went on to win every bg except one IoC. Nice

Baleroc
Tonight we raided, and got down Baleroc, yay! So, rather than watching for a buff to fall off another player, I just figured that I would heal 2 raid damaged people, heal the tank until my power auras told me by buff was off, then heal 2 raid people again, while throwing guardian spirit on Pawpados at the appropriate times. At one point I did life grip on him instead of guardian spirit, which, I’ve never done. I slipped up on that twice today, I don’t know what the deal was.
I was ridiculously lucky on rolls tonight. I won the Funeral Pyre staff, then Flickering Cowl of the Wavecrest, then Eye of Blazing Power trinket. Since I had just gotten the healing off hand though, I gave he staff to a pug druid that had wanted it. Some nice shoulders, and nice looking, dropped as well, but I lost that roll. I had already won 2 things so I would have given it up anyway. up to 372 ilevel now.
Tried running a rbg with some random people, but, we lost. I survived quite a bit but it seems like people always get hung up about the other teams rating. Ok yes they have 1500 and we had me at around 1100, another person at 1400 and mostly 0 rating. So? That may just mean you haven’t earned your rating yet. Don’t let it pysch you the hell out. Everyone crybaby quit after that.
Chopper
This needs to be a skill
I wish I had a skill to do this to horde in pvp.
I’m starting to think that running regular heroics are a joke any more. I got Deadmines, we wiped on the thresher boss, left that group, got a horrible Stonecore group where we wiped at least 5x then I left. Queued up got DM again, left right away. Queued up again, got DM. Ran that, wiped on thresher 2x, quit. Queued again, got DM again. Wiped on first boss, quit. Got BRC at second boss, got that down, wiped on trash right after when the talk pulled a mess out of LoS and the damage was overwhelming. They were going for the Arrested Development achievement on Corla, so I did get that. That whole group left before the third boss, got a new group, finished that one. So for 4 hours, got one dungeon done, on regular.
The night was considerably better. I got in an in progress Stonecore, at Ozruk, and the tank died straight away. He got kicked and we got a new DK and we finished it. I queued up again and got an in progress Lost City. This group included a rogue named Kurric from Stormreaver who asked me how Action 9 News was, and said they had played on Whisperwind for nearly 4 years, prior to Wrath. We had a long conversation about the guilds he was in, what guilds are doing what on WW, why he left, so on and so forth. During that run I got the Kill It With Fire! achievement. We were talking so much he asked me not to leave the group if I wanted to run another, which I did.
So we ran VP, carrying on the entire time, and by the end of it I ended up with a new real id, rogue friend.
What’s up with me and rogues? I dunno, but I like them!
Got my gloves and now I have a 2pc t12 set. yay!
Al’akir
Last night ran a Deadmines and the second I phased in I was dead. Not very nice. Ended up quitting that one and picked up with Pawpados who was running randoms and did 2 more. Later queue again and got ANOTHER Deadmines that went poorly, we wiped on the thresher boss and the whole group left. Queue again and got a fast queue with a satchel, and a good group that blew through the instance. Only got 98g and a potion of concentration though.
While I was doing this, queuing from the Molten Front, I ran into Rayzo and Lilawolf. Rayzo said he was doing a To4W and I offered to heal it. I got in a raid with most of my first guild, Relentless, including Lilawolf, Yellowducky, Dustock, Cinor, Shiftthis, and Trenchx. I only remember the last two a little but the rest I use to regularly raid with.
It took oh, 3 attempts to get the Conclave of Wind, though I didn’t die at all through any of those wipes, and two attempts at Al’akir. Cinor is still doing 4-5k dps as a tank. But we got that down, and I got the achievement for that one, FINALLY.
Kind of embarrassing to have taken this long. I offered to heal for them on my non raiding nights as well, they still need Cho’gall for their guild achievement.
