Ported into this for the first time today. I also saw a tornado bring in 2 cows to some base in horde territory, that was weird. It’s Brewfest time too, so doing that on all my 90’s is good times.
I don’t know what it is about some healers, priests in particular it seems. Always demanding this or that such as “stay in middle of I won’t heal you” or “if you don’t stay by me, no heals”.
I replied in this particular case, “I don’t know about you but I run around and heal all over the place, but I’m slutty like that”. I may not leave a base open to go heal you fighting in a road but I use Vuhdo’s direction arrows to locate someone needing heals. You don’t have to worry about finding me, most of the time.
Also on the plus side, I am finally learning feral. I don’t have it down yet but I’m getting there, plus I found this awesome helm! I dropped nearly 1k on it.
The trick is to rush into some pvp and hope for the best! I don’t think anything else hones reactions like it.
I’ve never had someone name a pet something complimentary before. I gave this guy hell and even made him miss his boat, since I couldn’t kill him. Three alliance were supposed to come kill him but they just stood around.
And can you glider from the top of Darn and fly to Azuremyst? No. You can’t.
I also made friends with a horde warrior in Tol Barad, named hm. Darkangel I think it was. We started dancing on the bridge when it was clear he wasn’t winning, but gave it a good shot and didn’t chicken out. I think it’s just my thing to be alliance but make horde friends.
I find it amusing when I switch sides, who gets upset I’m not on their faction. Misdora was raging at me the other night because I was healing Predator, formerly known as Deterrence. Kept saying to stop healing ‘that trash’ and such. Whereas Eklipz didn’t seem to mind.
We fought against 3 priests and a mage, just he and I, and I only died once. To a mind control. Damn priests. That slight delay in flight form activating did it on my trip down the cliff.
Anyway Predator seems ok to me. Great hunter.
I tried getting back into the swing of my hunter today but, out of practice. It’s also annoying to not be a healer in dungeons or pvp. Healers are such amazing princesses. An undergeared shaman told whoever was FCing in a WSG that “stay by me or you won’t get heals”. Ok.
1) That’s obvious and
2) try to keep up
The only time I may rant at an FC is if they do twists and turns in the base and constantly LoS me. But I still try to keep up. I understand why they do it too.
Had this bit of fun with a hunter we killed twice. They probably were upset I pressed X on them a few times. Before they released. Yep. He wouldn’t have been able to solo me. There was a heroic geared hunter that totally did though, it was embarrassing
I geared out my feral spec in full prideful (4th set so far this season, ugh!) and I’m trying to learn the rotation. The problem I’m having currently is massive button bloat.
Usually I work a class around what I spam hit, what I use on a proc, what I use while moving, have to use while stopped, hit often but not too much, hit infrequently etc but currently that doesn’t seem to work with a druid. It seems like it’s lots of buttons that are hit not all the time but rather often. I haven’t figured out a system yet.
And this is coming from a resto druid who totally shifts into kitty form, stealths, pounces, mains, mangles, rakes, etc. It’s like all that plus 30 more things. I’m having a hard time.
Found out Deterrence, that annoying Alliance hunter, renamed to Predator – Kaelt’has and got them added to btags. Also added an alliance monk who also has a mage (Zenira – Echo Isles). Finally, I’m meeting good Alliance pvpers.
